Here is a quick rundown of a few things we would like to highlight:

The clubhouse:

Gove Boat Club is a member’s club. Anyone entering the clubhouse is required to be a member or sign in on the visitor registry list.  Your campground access card is your temporary membership and allows you access into the club and clubhouse grounds during business hours. Please abide by all rules and directives from the staff and volunteers.  This includes not bringing beverages or food inside the club or onto the clubhouse grounds. The club is a licensed premise and there are no exceptions.

Campground office hours:

Currently the office hours are the same as the clubhouse hours. When you arrive, please check in inside the clubhouse. If you are checking in before or after these hours or no one is available to check you in, ring 0447 301 116 to reach the campground manager Sarah.

The clubhouse hours of operation are:

Thursday 4pm-8pm

Friday/Saturday/Sunday 12pm-8pm

The Waterfront Kitchen hours of operation are:

Thursday 5:30pm-8pm

Friday/Saturday/Sunday 12pm-2pm & 5:30pm-8pm

Check in: There is a $20 refundable deposit for your access card. This can be paid with cash or credit card. You will be refunded this amount after you return your access card at checkout.

Our Boating Community:

Gove Boat Club caters to travelling and visiting yachts and their crew, as well as a small number of live aboard members. The campground is located next to our Boat Park, a boat storage and repair yard that assists hobbyists and charter operators with their ventures. They must abide by the campground rules including the noise limitations. Please let us know if there are any issues or questions.

Camp kitchen:

We are scheduled to install a large stainless-steel commercial BBQ, as well as custom timber bench and counters. The bad news it is not here yet! Currently there is a six burner hot plate and sink for your use.

Gove Boat Club is a not for profit organisation. Please assist us with turning off lights and appliances when not in use and keeping the campground and ablution block clean.

The committee and volunteers have worked hard to build the campground. We are thrilled to be able to open this year and share our beautiful location with visitors and locals.

We hope you enjoy your stay and welcome your feedback.
